The working principle of the motor test bench:
The standardized motor test bench consists of a test power supply, an electrical parameter testing system, a test measurement and control system, and motor test measurement and control report software.
The test bench is driven by two test power sources to drive two motors for towing, one for motor operation and one for generator operation; The test power supply adopts a static variable frequency power supply, and the two test power supplies share a rectifier unit. The electrical energy generated by the generator is reverse rectified by the test power supply into direct current and supplied to the inverter unit of the motor test power supply. The power grid only needs to supplement the losses of the two motors, which can save 70% to 90% of electricity compared to direct consumption schemes such as power dynamometers.
The electrical parameter testing system adopts a variable frequency power testing system composed of a variable frequency power sensor and a variable frequency power analyzer. Therefore, it can meet the testing needs of low-frequency stall and overspeed of power frequency motors, as well as the testing needs of variable frequency motors. It can also test and analyze the harmonic parameters of the test power supply.
The experimental measurement and control system adopts a distributed measurement and control system, mainly used to measure non electric parameters such as torque, speed, temperature, and electrical parameters that need to be monitored during the experimental process.
The test process is controlled by the motor test measurement and control report software, and the test report and motor qualification judgment are automatically issued at the end of the test.
The composition characteristics of the motor test bench:
1. Test power supply
The test power supply adopts a static variable frequency power supply, which meets the requirements of GB/T1032-2012 and GB755-2008 for motor test power supply, and is controlled by the program for corresponding operations.
2. Main power test
The main power test adopts a variable frequency power analyzer to meet the performance design requirements. The variable frequency power sensor measures the main electrical parameters during the test process and transmits them to the variable frequency power analyzer on the test bench through optical fiber.
3. Switching measurement and control
Using a distributed measurement and control system to control and test all switches in the system, including power cabinets, measurement switch cabinets, etc.
4. Analog testing
We use a distributed measurement and control system to test 8 temperature channels and 1 torque and speed channel, and transmit them to the variable frequency power analyzer on the test bench through optical fiber.
5. Automated testing platform
Complete communication control of the equipment through various interfaces, and obtain measurement data of electricity and non electricity during the testing process;
Complete the configuration of the test power supply according to the test project, control the switch status, implement process control of the test project through software design, complete the test process, and obtain corresponding test data;
